Is proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, sketch-up, and Microsoft Office

Keen to take on responsibility and is extremely execution focused

Can communicate effectively in written and spoken English in a friendly and professional manner

Highly organized, self-motivated, and attentive to detail

Is willing to take responsibilities outside of their defined role and have a flexible schedule
